Hot fixes 14.57e, 15.08.2021

OptiLayer

  1. Minimum allowed wavelength step decreased, it allows to have super-fine resolution of very sharp spectral features at the Evaluation window.
  2. Import of deposition rate in .DSG file format (Laser Zentrum Hannover) improved. Now imported deposition rates substitute deposition rates configured in the Broadband and Monochromatic deposition simulators. Fixed bug, when the imported deposition rates were 10 times smaller than required.
  3. In some cases Error Analysis of Stacks raised Access Violation errors during initial configuration step. Fixed.
  4. Better graphical representation of Spectral specifications in cases, when different types (A, B, R) are at the same angular page.
  5. Gradual Evolution dialog was not shown with user interface if OptiLayer is started as a COM server.
  6. In some cases Filter Design option generated designs with empty Status in some layers. Fixed.
  7. Collection and History windows: if an order of items was different from sequential (it can be changed clicking the captions of columns), Delete button removed a wrong item from the list. Fixed.
  8. "Important" design positions in History were shown incorrectly, if the sorting order was different from sequential. Fixed.
  9. Updates of low level mathematical core to improve the performance and stability.

OptiRE

  1. Import of deposition rate in .DSG file format (Laser Zentrum Hannover) improved. Fixed bug, when the imported deposition rates were 10 times smaller than required.
  2. Integral target (measurements) was not included in the discrepancy calculations, even when the corresponding weight factor was equal to 1.0. Fixed.
  3. In very rare cases Systematic Errors model (configuration dialog) raised Access Violation Errors. Fixed. 
  4. Better graphical representation of Spectral specifications in cases, when different types (A, B, R) are at the same angular page. 
  5. Updates of low level mathematical core to improve the performance and stability.
